Mr. Fenton is the founder and Managing Partner at SRF Partners, a national executive search firm.  Steve has over 20 years of experience in the consulting and recruiting business.  He has specific expertise in managing human capital in the accounting and finance area in a variety of industries.   Steve has been tasks with developing the firm and providing top talent in a permanent and consulting basis.

Prior to SRF Partners, Steve was the Managing Director for Parker Stephens.  Before Parker Stephens, he spent six years in a leadership role with Tatum LLC where he ultimately served as a Managing Director in the Houston Practice.  Steve lead his team to one of the most profitable markets in the country resulting in him being selected to Performance Forum, which honors the top performers within the organization.  In addition, Steve played a key role with Kelly Financial Resources as a Regional Manager where he managed several offices providing accounting and finance human capital.

Steve began his career in an audit role with Ernst & Young and is a graduate from Texas A & M University.

Eric Hooper is a Talent Acquisition & Strategy Consultant with Sailwind Associates, a national Talent Consulting & Search Firm specializing in Accounting/Finance and Information Technology. Eric is widely known as a Business Consultant and Talent Strategist with experience internationally and domestically. Over his career, he has had exposure to various facades of best practices and strategies utilized by global corporations and boutique firms. Prior to Sailwind, Eric spent 2 years in public accounting with Dixon Hughes Goodman, a top 15 super regional firm with over 1800 employees.  He was also an integral and driving force behind the building of a successful search and staffing division for Tatum – a Randstad Company, a professional services firm with revenues that exceeded $225 Million annually focusing solely on the offices of the CFO and CIO.   Earlier in his career, Mr. Hooper played significant roles in the re-branding/rebirth of 2 of the largest Marketing and Information Technology recruitment and staffing firms in the US and abroad. Hooper helps companies all over the world, across a variety of industries; make use of people, processes, and technology more effectively than ever before. Mr. Hooper prides himself on saving his clients time, money and effort in finding the right professionals. Hooper has been personally responsible for over 300 successful executive search projects in Financial Banking and Credit, Aerospace, Software, Automotive, Capital Markets, Energy, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, Engineering, Travel & Hospitality, Consumer Products, Technology, and General Manufacturing industries.
